How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Free standard shipping takes an estimated 5–12 business days in the US and 7–14 business days in the UK and internationally. Express shipping (3–7 business days, tracked and insured) is available at checkout for US$9.99. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend — in the US and to every country we ship to. We deliver with USPS in the US, Royal Mail in the UK and trusted tracked partners elsewhere.
What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return your Mind Slides for a full refund, or to exchange them for a different size or color. They just need to be unworn and in their original packaging. Email us at support@lavywear.com with your order number and we will send you the return instructions.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. Use it on our Track My Order page or directly with the carrier. Please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking to update.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Every transaction is processed securely by Shopify Payments and your card details are never stored on our servers.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Besides the United States, we ship to the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, Canada, Australia and Japan. Prices show in US dollars, in British pounds for the UK, and in local currency where supported.
What if I receive a faulty item?
If your slides arrive damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email support@lavywear.com with your order number and a couple of photos. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, and we cover the return cost in that case.
Are the Mind Slides true to size?
Yes — order your usual US size. They come in whole sizes 7–13 and are unisex: women should go about 1.5 sizes down from their usual women's size (a women's 8.5 is a size 7). If you are between sizes, size up for a more relaxed fit. The full chart is on the product page.
