Track My Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Haven't Received Your Tracking Email?

  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched
  • Make sure the email address on your order is correct
  • If you still haven't received it, contact us at support@lavywear.com with your order number

Tracking Not Updating?

It is normal for tracking to show no movement for a few days, especially while a parcel is in transit between countries or clearing customs. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, get in touch and we will investigate with the carrier.
