Shipping policy

At Lavy Wear, we ship the Mind Slides across the United States and to customers in the United Kingdom, Europe and other supported regions with reliable, tracked delivery.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays). Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.

Free Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum spend required.

  • United States: estimated delivery 5–12 business days
  • United Kingdom and international: estimated delivery 7–14 business days

Express Shipping

Need your slides sooner? Express shipping is available at checkout.

  • Cost: US$9.99 (£9.99 in the United Kingdom; local currency shown at checkout elsewhere)
  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
  • Tracked and insured

Delivery estimates are counted from the dispatch date and do not include the processing time above.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update. You can also find carrier links on our Track My Order page.

Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Customers in the United Kingdom see prices in British pounds (GBP), and other supported regions may see prices in their local currency. Sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout where applicable.

Delivery Partners

We work with USPS in the United States, Royal Mail in the United Kingdom and trusted international carriers elsewhere to ensure your order arrives safely.

Delays

Occasionally, customs checks, weather or carrier volume can delay a delivery beyond the estimate. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us with your order number and we will investigate promptly.
