  • Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Customers in the United Kingdom see prices in British pounds (GBP), and other supported regions may see prices in their local currency

  • We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, colors and images are accurate, but minor variations may occur due to screen settings and production
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order affected by an error before dispatch

6. Returns and Refunds

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lavy Wear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products, and our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any disputes shall be subject to the courts located in New Mexico. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, the European Union or another supported region, you also keep the benefit of the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence, and nothing in this clause deprives you of that protection.
