How are orders checked before shipping?

Every bag is inspected and packed before it leaves our fulfillment partner, then shipped with tracking.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days and delivered in an estimated 8–16 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Standard shipping with tracking is free on every order. Priority processing is available at checkout.

What is your refund policy?

Request a refund within 30 days of delivery by emailing us your order number and a photo of the product. EU and UK customers also keep their 14-day right of withdrawal.
